Scale is hiring a Staff Product Designer to lead product design for Scale's Public Sector business unit. Public Sector brings AI-powered decision support directly to government and national security customers. You'll design sophisticated tools for critical operations including crisis planning, geo spatial- visualization, and human-agent collaborative canvases. Much of this work has no established playbook. The conventions for how humans and agents plan, review, and decide together are still being written, and this role will help write them.
